Conflict Resolution and Mediation Services

Conflict is costly to the organization and including a personal cost to the individuals involved, with observed increased levels of tension. The number of sick days taken rises and individuals may be unable to work together to complete assignments or meet the demands of their positions.

GDP Consulting services include problem solving, conflict resolution, and mediation/facilitation. Services offered may be provided as:

  • One-on-one coaching in person, on Skype or via telephone
  • Facilitated discussions,  and
  • Mediation services.

  • policies and practices promote problem solving
  • the work flow is not disrupted, while conflict is being resolved
  • individuals understand the behaviors that cause or perpetuate conflict
  • individuals understand how their mind styles are different from others’ styles and how that can create tension
  • relationships are enhanced leading to productive interactions in the future
  • self-monitoring processes are understood
  • parties understand change management and key behaviors necessary to protect the organizational culture
  • what is required of them to demonstrate the organizational values
  • individuals involved feel heard and understood

Brenda came into my life when I was experiencing extreme situational work-related stress. Brenda's coaching provided me with a safe environment to express my emotions. It helped me create my own voice. And that voice is helping me identify my own power.
